Shipping

We ship UPS in most cases. We must have a complete street address. Any damage during shipping must be reported to UPS and our office immediately. We hope to ship your order as soon as possible. Normal shipping time is 1-2 days.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Restocking fee of 25% will be charged for returned items or orders canceled within 7 days of shipment. Refused orders will have return shipping charges added to the 25% restocking fee.

Payment Options

Prepaid, ordered by phone: Orders will be shipped upon deposit of funds. There is a minimum $30 charge for returned check.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Wholesellers Only—Terms and Conditions

There is a minimum opening order for wholesale buyers of $150. Opening Orders for less than the minimum are subject to a $15 service fee. There is no minimum on re-orders. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery during show seasons.
